Everyone is welcome.
Mtabbal — eggplant, tahini, pomegranate

Maqluba — lamb, rice, roasted vegetables

Knafeh — semolina, white cheese, rose syrup
Every dish carries a memory — a grandmother's hand, a harvest season, the smoke of a particular afternoon.

Slow-cooked lamb, charred eggplant, and saffron rice — flipped at the table so the whole room inhales at once.

Charcoal-roasted overnight. The fat renders into silk. Served over freekeh with dried fruits and crispy shallots.

“They cooked maqluba for 60 people at my daughter's engagement. By the time the platter hit the table, no one was speaking — just eating.”

“We ordered catering trays for our office Eid lunch. Three departments are still talking about the lamb. We've booked again for December.”

“We wandered in following the smell of sage and sumac through an open door. We stayed for three hours. We're going back this weekend.”
